What is ILEC?
ILEC stands for International Legal English Certificate.
Some of the aims of ILEC:
Our ILEC course is designed and developed by extensive experience in the field of Legal English, and is taught keeping in mind that not every student has the same level of proficiency in each of the areas covered in the ILEC. It is designed to recognise and focus on the areas in which students need the most improvement, and at the same time polish the students already existing skills as related to the exam.
ILEC stands for International Legal English Certificate.
Some of the aims of ILEC:
- to assess candidates ´ability to operate in English in an international legal environment,
- to allow candidates to demostrate to employers their ability to communicate in Legal English with clients and colleagues,
- to allow candidates to demostrate to educational and training institutions their ability to follow a course of legal study where all of the instruction is in English,
- to provide an examination which is fair to all candidates and which is delivered to international standards.
